This merger combines Ovyo’s expertise in delivering software projects to the video, telecoms, and satellite industries from India, South Africa, the US and the UK with The Loop Co.’s nearshore service capabilities and deep cross-industry technical expertise including cloud software engineering and embedded systems.
Together, the two companies will offer an industry-leading service portfolio for OTT streamers, broadcasters, operators, industry vendors, and media businesses.
