NASHVILLE, TN — July 24, 2019 — Accessory manufacturer On-Stage, a division of The Music People, was named “Company to Watch” during the 2019 Summer NAMM Best in Show awards during the annual breakfast session on July 20.
Held bi-annually during the Summer and Winter NAMM shows, Best in Show features a panel of MI retailing experts that shop the show floor for the best and brightest products and companies. This is the sixth Best in Show award On-Stage has received at Summer NAMM in the last four years alone. Last year, On-Stage’s LED2214 Rechargeable Music Stand Light received an award in the “Best Add-ons & Accessories” category.
Robert Christie of A&G Music said he selected On-Stage as a “Company to Watch” because of its quality customer service.
“You can tell a lot about a company and the culture just by talking with the people who work there,” he said during the breakfast session. “That shows through to the way they treat us as a customer. They take a product category that we don’t really spend a lot of time thinking about, and it’s the most important thing to them.”
