AVPro Edge has added a seamless switching 8×8 to their matrix line-up which features an all-new scaling technology.
Sioux Falls, S.D. – AVPro Edge, an AVPro Global Holdings company, has announced an addition to their matrix switcher line up with the new seamless switching 8×8 HDMI matrix. This matrix switcher has 8 HDMI inputs and 8 HDMI outputs, switching each output seamlessly throughout any input source and supports 18Gbps signal distribution.
This switch’s HDMI outputs have a de-embedded audio output port to route 2 channel audio throughout an installation entirely separately from the video output. By bulking up the scaling and video processing inside this unit, it delivers near-instant switching while pushing mixed resolutions from unique VESA sizes to 1080p and 4K. This allows for the mixing of resolutions throughout a system.
With the release of this matrix, AVPro Edge introduces MCS, Mission Critical Scaling.
