LG Business Solutions USA will provide a glimpse to the future of radiology technologies with two concept products currently under development that will be shown for the first time next month at the annual conference of the Radiological Society of North America.
LG will preview a prototype C-Arm X-Ray device in booth #8322 at RSNA 2024, Dec. 1-3. LG’s FT Scan Non-rotational Mobile C-Arm is expected to feature fixed next-generation X-ray tubes that will be designed to enhance image quality and reduce motion artifacts.
According to Stephen K. Hu, LG Business Solutions USA’s head of medical displays, the C-Arm X-Ray device’s innovative design aims to lower radiation exposure, speed up image acquisition and simplify maintenance, all ideal for detailed orthopedic imaging and other clinical applications.
The company also will preview another prototype, a 27-inch 8MP Clinical Review Monitor that is expected to deliver consistent, high-quality radiology imaging.
“At RSNA, radiology professionals will see how LG is focused on meeting their current needs while innovating to meet their future needs,” said Hu.
EDITORS NOTE: Both prototypes being displayed are Investigational Use Only. None of them are currently available for sale in the United States.
