As a multi-disciplined, people-centric technology consultancy, Kromers specialises in providing creative engineering to enrich the very fabric of organisations. Gary’s core responsibilities will be to help client workforces understand and adopt new technologies and systems as part of the project delivery process, and to design unique solutions for Smart Organisations that push the boundaries of technology experience.

Gary brings with him 23 years’ experience from a range of business development, strategic and leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, his career has seen him focus on employee experience and workspace technology design working with prestigious organisations in the world of finance and asset management.
