7thSense, a leader in creative pixel generation, pixel processing and show control technologies for guest experiences and events, have been recognised at the 2022 AV Awards with an award for Processing and Distribution Technology of the Year for the Juggler pixel processor range. The AV Awards finalist ceremony took place in London, England, on November 5th.
The 7thSense Juggler pixel processor has been designed to be the backbone of complex high-resolution systems and mega canvasses – streamlining, simplifying and optimising workflow. Juggler handles it all as a pixel processor – compositing, and conforming the various sources onto the media planes, with a single frame of latency-processing. Recognising a need for processing very large media canvasses with dozens of sources, 7thSense launched a suite of new capabilities that expanded Juggler earlier in 2022, making it possible to combine the power of multiple Jugglers to achieve common-canvas processing of up to 32 x UHD outputs with up to 32 x inputs, all at 60 FPS 10-bit 4:4:4.
The annual AV Awards recognise excellence among the industry’s products, people and projects.
Eric Cantrell, 7thSense director of sales and marketing, said: “Juggler is an incredibly new exciting product of ours that’s already in operation in multiple sites globally. The 7thSense team has worked so hard on developing and launching the product range over the last few years, and we’re delighted to have had this recognised with a prestigious AV award.
