Aggregating multiple data sources into a secure and intuitive dashboard view, Planar WallDirector Cloud gives users quick access to the information they need to make informed decisions about their display solution. This includes monitoring system health and incidents, as well as evaluating and troubleshooting alerts. Planar WallDirector Cloud introduces the industry leader’s first ever software service designed to comprehensively and intuitively monitor and manage Planar hardware and further simplify display management. It enables users to monitor Planar LED and LCD solutions through standard web protocols, even when deployed in different facilities or geographies. Users can set up custom views and filter by location, priority, device type, or even an entire fleet of displays deployed across multiple locations. A simple one-click ticket support system connects users to Planar technical experts and speeds time to resolution.
