Pioneer Electronics launches a new line of KURO plasma displays with black levels that, it says, are fi ve times deeper than the previous KURO line. The PDP-5020FD is approximately 50 inches diagonal and the PDP-6020FD is about 60 inches diagonal. Also incorporated in the new displays are a variety of audio options and an auto volume stabilizationfeature. According to company, the Optimum Mode simultaneously monitors video and room light conditions and adjust accordingly.
