If you’re world-renowned superstar Adele, performing a concert for a packed stadium won’t keep you from staying up-to-date on the Paris Olympics. The singer-songwriter allowed for a brief pause during her show in Munich over the weekend to watch the women’s 100-meter final with her fans, having the broadcast displayed on the massive videowall behind her. Clips of the show quickly began circulating on social media.
“Let’s give her a round of applause!” Adele commented after the race was won by Julien Alfred of Saint Lucia. “Let’s get on with the show. Fantastic, St. Lucia!”
