DJI has shrunk down the form-factor and features of their popular Mic 2 to create the Mic Mini, a tiny microphone catered to content creators or anyone looking to record audio without the hassle of wires. Weighing just 10g, the Mic Mini comes in at less than half the weight of its older sibling. The Mic Mini system includes a receiver, two transceivers, and a charging case that charges all three components. Additional accessories include four windscreens, a 3.5-mm TRS audio cable, USB-C adapter, and carrying pouch. The new, smaller system is available for $169, a lower price point than the full-size Mic 2.

The transmitters can be clipped-on via built-in clamps, threaded with a lanyard, or attached via a magnetic option. The TRS cable and USB-adapter allow the receiver to be plugged directly into a smartphone or camera, though the Mac Mini also supports Bluetooth for direct recording onto a phone or other DJI product. Additional features of the Mac Mini include two-level noise cancelling to combat ambient sounds, as well as an automatic limiting feature to prevent audio clipping.
