Two nationally influential business and management experts will headline the 2010 NSCA Business and Leadership Conference, Feb. 25-27, 2010, in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Back by popular demand, Bob Prosen, president and CEO of the Prosen Center for Business Achievement, will offer strategies to help attendees improve accountability, execution and results. Prosen is a recognized business expert who specializes in teaching business leaders how to rapidly increase performance and profits. He is also the bestselling author of Kiss Theory Good Bye, which gives leaders tools and step-by-step directions to achieve extraordinary operating and financial results.
New to the 2010 event is Susan Scott, who will bring a candid and no-nonsense style of leadership management during her session based on her book Fierce Leadership. Informed by two decades of work with executives at Fortune 500 companies, Scott offers surprising alternatives that managers at every level can use. With new approaches on everything from employee feedback to corporate diversity and customer relations, Scott provides an honest look at what might be holding you back—and what to do about it.
"NSCA understands the day-to-day challenges integrators are facing," says Norah Hammond, NSCA senior director of professional development. "Bob Prosen and Susan Scott are world-class speakers who are recognized for their expertise in areas our contractors are interested in: maintaining business, establishing new relationships, and continuing to prosper."
