Axiom Audio Debuts High-performance Sub EP400

Axiom Audio’s EP400 subwoofer packs 116dB sound-pressure level performance inside a compact enclosure that measures 13.75"x10.5". The onboard digital amplifier generates 500W of power. In-room frequency response is given as 23Hz to 150Hz. Axiom used intelligent digital signal processing to marry the driver with the digital signal over the entire performance spectrum, resulting in linear response even at maximum output. The company maintains it is impossible to overdrive an EP series subwoofer into distortion, even at the highest volume setting.
