Niles Audio Releases New Powered Sub

Niles Audio SW1000
Niles Audio has added powered subs to its long list of SKUs. The first line of Niles high-performance powered subs includes the flagship SW1000, which boasts peak power of 1000W (600 RMS). The SW1000 is powered by an efficient digital amplifier that delivers high power from a compact enclosure. The woofer is a 10in. carbon fiber-impregnated paper cone type with butyl rubber surround and cast aluminum frame. Cascade audio outputs are included for connecting additional subs. Low-pass frequency, phase, and output level are adjustable. Built-in circuitry enables different settings for music and movies that are automatically triggered from a surround-sound processor or Niles IR system. An on/off system trigger input accepts 3V-30V AC/DC. Cabinet dimensions are 12.5”x12.5”x13” (WxHxD).
