Canon REALiS WUX5000D

Canon REALiS WUX5000D

Canon offers the new REALiS WUX5000 D projector with Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCoS) imaging panels producing higher-than-HD-resolution (1920x1200) widescreen video and still images with an aspect ratio of 16:10, and a high brightness level of 5,000 lumens. The WUX5000 features a built-in Canon Color-Correction integrated circuit (IC) and 3D color look-up table (LUT) for six-axis color management. It also features a Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) simulation mode designed to reproduce medical images such as x-rays, CAT scans, and MRI images with 21-step grayscale gradation. There are also three optional high-resolution interchangeable lenses available for the WUX5000D.

Casio XJ-H2650

Casio XJ-H2650

Top of the line in the pro model projectors from Casio, the XJ-H2650 uses mercury-free imaging by combining a laser, a fluorescent element, and LED. Casio projectors can display DLP 3D-ready content from a compatible 3D-capable computer, and with the optional 2D-3D conversion software, convert and view 2D composite video content using active shutter DLP Link glasses. The unit provides 3,500-lumens brightness and WXGA resolution with a 1.2X manual zoom and manual focus. It can input RGB, component, HDMI, and composite video, and it has a USB connection. The projector is remote controllable through RS-232, Ethernet, and infrared.

Christie Digital Matrix WU14K

Christie Digital Matrix WU14K

The Matrix WU14K DLP projector from Christie Digital delivers 12,000 ANSI lumens and WUXGA resolution with full scalability to support large, multichannel arrays. It features variable contrast ratio using an electronically adjustable iris, and it can be fitted with a color-purity filter for day and night scene blending. Developed for the simulation market, the Christie AccuFrame firmware enables the adjustable reduction of perceptible image smearing caused by image retention and eye motion. It is also equipped with Intelligent Lens System (ILS) for zoom, focus, horizontal and vertical offset, and a 2kW Xenon Bubble pre-aligned lamp module. Christie Twist provides built-in image warping and advanced edge blending that allows pixels to be mapped to any projection surface with proper geometry and pixel-to-pixel alignment so arrayed projectors operate as a single, uniform display.

Digital Projection HIGHlite WUXGA 660-3D

Digital Projection HIGHlite WUXGA 660-3D

Digital Projection aims to bring high-tech features to the masses with its HighLite WUXGA 660-3Dwith 3-chip DLP imaging, built-in blend and warp, 1080p/WUXGA resolution, 8,000-lumen brightness, and high cooling with low noise in a compact chassis. The company’s Dual Flash Processing can be used to multiply the displayed frame rate for 3D sources. Input channels include VGA/analog RGB on 15-pin, two HDMI 1.3, component on RCAs, S-Video, composite on RCA, 3G-SDI on BNC, and DVI-D. The unit can be controlled via wireless IR, RS-232, and LAN. Optional accessories include a rigging frame and additional rigging hardware.

Eiki LC-HDT2000

Eiki LC-HDT2000

The LC-HDT2000 from Eiki features picture-in-picture, picture-by-picture, and edge-blending functions to deal with unconventional venues. Its 15,000 lumens and native 2K resolution can cover very large projection surfaces. With 10-bit color processing, it will accept signals in composite, component, S-Video, 15-pin D-sub, DVI-D, and HDMI. The unit incorporates hot-swappable lamps and can operate in two-, three-, or four-lamp modes while using any of a range of power zoom and focus lenses. The self-cleaning, multi-layer air filter is good for up to 13,500 hours and the projector can be remotely controlled and monitored on Ethernet.

Epson PowerLite Pro G6800

Epson PowerLite Pro G6800

Epson is introducing the new Pro G series projectors with advanced edge blending and diverse connectivity. The PowerLite Pro G6800offers 7,000 lumens of color brightness and 7000 lumens of white brightness with a single lamp. This new model offers custom installation solutions such as an advanced split screen and HDBaseT for integration of full HD video and audio, Ethernet, and serial communication into a single Cat-5/6 cable that can be extended up to 328ft. It’s also 3D stackable for applications using polarized passive glasses. Along with the HDBaseT input, there are conventional HD-SDI, HDMI, VGA, and RGBHV video terminals.
