Alcorn McBride Training Earns CTS RUs
will introduce installers, consultants, and value-added resellers to the concepts of show control.
Alcorn McBride announced it will provide a CTS-certified manufacturer training session at InfoComm 2010 in Las Vegas. The class, titled "Show Control Design and Programming," will introduce installers, consultants, and value-added resellers (VARs) to the concepts of show control, says the company. Attendees will reportedly learn how to integrated control with audio, video, lighting, and user interfaces to provide a complete experience in any venue.
The session will be offered through InfoComm's Education and Certification program at $25 per person. Those who complete the course will earn 1 CTS renewal unit (RU) and a $25 credit for the InfoComm show store. More information can be found on the InfoComm website. Registration is required, as seating is limited.
"So many of our clients attend InfoComm, so it makes sense to provide this convenient resource," said Jeremy Scheinberg, Alcorn McBride chief operating officer, in a statement. "We've compiled the most requested information and put together a fun and educational class."
