Atlona Names Midwest Rep Firm

Atlona Technologies said it has selected Slamco/SDI (Solutions Development Inc.) as the manufacturer's rep and distributor for the company's systems integration (Si) line of digital connectivity solutions in the northern Midwest of the United States.

 

Atlona Technologies said it has selected Slamco/SDI (Solutions Development Inc.) as the manufacturer's rep and distributor for the company's systems integration (Si) line of digital connectivity solutions in the northern Midwest of the United States. Under the agreement, Slamco will act as an extension of Atlona's sales and marketing forces to promote the Si line in the residential and light commercial AV channel, while SDI will provide distribution support throughout the northern Midwest region.

Headquartered in Chanhassen, Minn., Slamco is a full-service sales and marketing organization, offering hands-on training and servicing options in an effort to deliver more profitable solutions for its partners. SDI was founded as a sister company to complement Slamco in 2006, delivering just-in-time inventory for electronic systems contractors. Company officials said Slamco/SDI represent some of the most reliable and innovative products and technologies on the market today, including AV systems, lighting control, A/V switchers, home automation systems, connectors, and accessories.
