Installation Projector: Canon Realis WUX4000

Last month, Canon showed its new Realis WUX4000 installation LCoS projector, which delivers 1920x1200 widescreen images in an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a brightness level of 4,000 lumens. For the integrator market, the new projector can take one of three optional high-resolution interchangeable lenses, including a 1.5x zoom lens, a 0.8x ultrawide-angle single focal-length lens, and a 1.7x long-focus zoom lens. Inputs include HDMI 1.3, DVI-D, and analog PC terminals. There are also two audio inputs and one audio output for external amplification and speakers. A 5W speaker is built in.
