WorxAudio Technologies has introduced the TL.218SS sub bass system, which is targeted for use in houses of worship, theme parks, nightclubs, and theaters. The system includes dual long-excursion, 18-inch, low-frequency transducers with a neodymium magnet surrounding a 4-inch-diameter by 1.5-inch-high voice coil. The device is also available in a powered version, which features twin 1,000 W amplifiers and XLR inputs and outputs. Price: $5,031 (non-powered); $8,080 (powered).
