Martin Audio's WS218X sub-bass system is designed for theater sound systems, club sound reinforcement, and special effects sub-bass applications. The WS218X system includes twin 1,000 W, 18-inch drivers that are capable of reproducing frequencies down to 35 Hz. Each driver incorporates a magnet structure and suspension, as well as high-temperature, 4-inch voice coils. The system delivers 136 dB continuous and 142 dB peak output. The system cabinet includes six pocket handles and four 4-inch casters. Price: $2,989. Availability: currently available.
