Designed to provide targeted ventilation to prevent localized hot-spots from building up in racks and cabinets, the Zbreeze rack-mounted cooling fan from Parasound includes three fans in a 1/2 rack-width chassis. The unit's three 3.6-inch-diameter fans offer three speeds and deliver airflow of up to 90 cubic feet per minute. The fan operates at less than 35 dB, and can be turned on using a standard 12 V DC trigger signal, 120 VAC, or front-panel button. The unit can be instantaneously turned off or set for a 10-minute delay. Price: $200. Availability: currently available.
