OWI’s new AMP1SGB in-wall amplifier fits into a UL-rated double gang box and delivers 25 watts of Class AB power right at the loudspeaker, the company says. The amps are designed to be used in combination with any of the company’s 8-ohm loudspeakers, but can be purchased individually. Each amplifier is capable of driving four loudspeakers and comes with its own 12-volt AC power supply. A single line will support up to 20 amps.
