Featuring a weight capacity of 150 pounds, the new Intermediate Distribution Rack (IDF) Series from Middle Atlantic Products can be mounted to building truss or unistrut to house hubs, routers, video recorders, or other AV components. Two factory-installed, 4 1/4-inch exhaust fans are included for active thermal management. Air intakes at the bottom of the rack allow cooler air to enter the rack. Knockouts for conduit pass-throughs are standard, and gland grommets minimize dust around cable entry locations. IDF Series Racks include a grounding and bonding stud in the top of the enclosure to ensure proper grounding and bonding or electronic equipment.
