Clear-Com Communication Systems’ new IP-enabled V-Series user control panel was designed as a companion to its Eclipse Digital Matrix Intercom System. The IP connectivity allows users to link Eclipse V-Series user control panels to the Eclipse Matrix frame over an existing WAN or LAN Ethernet cabling infrastructure—no additional devices are required to secure the connection, says the company. Using an E-Que IP matrix IP card, individual V-Series panels can be integrated by establishing an IP link back to the Eclipse Matrix frame. The E-Que IP card supports up to 32 V-Series IP panels.
