Tektronix Inc. has introduced the SyncCert system for checking and measuring audio/video synchronization of file-based digital video content. The SyncCert can be set to run in batch mode to perform repeated or timed checks. Test video is provided in uncompressed and compressed MPEG-2 and 4 formats at standard and high definition.
