SIM2 Opens New Support Center
SIM2, an Italian manufacturer of high-performance projectors, opens its second U.S. support center in Studio City, Calif.
SIM2, an Italian manufacturer of high-performance projectors, opened its second U.S. support center in Studio City, Calif., with an inaugural luncheon on July 25, 2008.
The new support center will complement the company's U.S. headquarters in Miramar, Fla., offering authorized SIM2 dealers on the West Coast a full-service support facility staffed by a technician available Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm PST. Its location is well positioned to serve Hollywood film studios and postproduction services, which is an area SIM2 is strengthening through its professional series of projectors.
"As a true Italian company, we recognize the value of this winning recipe [of quality, performance, design, and customer service]," said Alberto Fabiano, regional marketing and sales manager for SIM2 USA, in a statement. "The addition of this location offers 13 hours a day of uninterrupted U.S. technical and customer support."
