SIM2 Launches U.S. Partnership Program
A new program through SIM2 USA, a manufacturer of HD home theater projectors, aims to emphasize cooperation with and commitment to its U.S. dealers. Effective immediately, the company's Partnership Promise includes seven-day phone service and technical assistance, with after-hours and weekend availability, and a universal 48-hour turnaround on necessary returns. There are also new factory-supported advance-replacement and repair options designed to support dealers and installers and address situations to reduce customer downtime. A demo warranty program aims to reduce dealer costs and encourage customer access to the company's demonstrations.
