Innovative Technology Group Turns Silver
Innovative Technology Group achieved the qualifications to be an InfoComm International Silver Certified AudioVisual Solutions Provider.
Innovative Technology Group, a St. Louis-based AV systems integration company, achieved the qualifications to be an InfoComm International Silver Certified AudioVisual Solutions Provider (CAVSP). The designation recognizes that 50 percent of the regional office's sales, customer service, and technical staff have earned and maintained individual InfoComm Certification.
"A CAVSP designation gives AV companies a competitive advantage in the marketplace," said Randy Lemke, executive director of InfoComm, in a staement. "Customers of audiovisual communications and presentation systems can be confident of professionalism and an aspiration to excellence when working with these companies that have invested in education and training to stay current on the latest AV technologies and techniques."
In addition to confirming that 50 percent of the regional office's employees are InfoComm-certified, the Silver CAVSP designation also indicates that the company agreed to comply with the 10 Standards of Excellence developed in collaboration with industry experts to emphasize the best practices of audiovisual businesses. The standards include the commitment to provide complete customer satisfaction with AV solutions that provide value to the client. While conveying the importance that AV solutions providers place on their own skills development through continuing education, they also cover the role that AV professionals play as partners with IT specialists, architects, building managers, and others.
