Epson Launches Partner Program

Epson America has announced its ImageWay Partner Program, a new channel partner initiative designed for value-added resellers. The program aims to help VARs grow their businesses with exclusive incentive and financial aid programs, and to provide them with resources and support to enhance their sales and marketing efforts.

Epson America has announced its ImageWay Partner Program, a new channel partner initiative designed for value-added resellers (VARs). The program aims to help VARs grow their businesses with exclusive incentive and financial aid programs, and to provide them with resources and support to enhance their sales and marketing efforts, according to the company.

"Epson's ImageWay program is the latest example of our ongoing commitment to the growth and success of the reseller channel," said Tom French, director of Epson America's commercial channels, in a statement. "[It] delivers the comprehensive resources and support that our partners rely on to stay competitive while continuing to grow their business."

Epson's ImageWay Partner Program offers two tiers: Elite and Preferred. As a member of the ImageWay program, resellers will have access to a variety of tools and resources across a number of categories, such as sales incentives, marketing and technical support, an exclusive finance program, and education and training opportunities, says the company. Benefits may include sales support for developing business opportunities and closing critical sales.

According to Epson officials, sales support services include substantially discounted demonstration equipment, free evaluation products, pre-sales support, discounts for government and educational institutions, and sales incentives.

The program will initially support Epson projectors. Partners get access to Epson resources through the company's ImageWay Web portal, a source of information and unique programs to help partners promote their business and deliver advanced solutions. Members will also receive ongoing communication from Epson through e-mail alerts, newsletters, and online training opportunities.
