DIpartner Pairs with Paragon Technology Group

A three-day training session in Colorado initiated a partnership between DIpartner and Paragon Technology Group that aims to support low-voltage installation practices and standards within Paragon and have the company's staff adhering to National Electrical Code (NEC) and Telecommunications Industries Association (TIA) guidelines, among others.

"We are pleased that Paragon recognizes the value of training to maintain its high standards in offering quality products to its customer," says Todd B. Adams, CEO and founder of DIpartner, who taught courses and administered CEDIA certification exams to Paragon's staff. The first manual Paragon will publish with DIpartner is a cabling guide. Employees will need to pass a certification exam to receive promotions and pay raises. Following subjects will include AV distribution systems, home theater, calibration, and safety.
