Crown Promotes for Director Position
Crown Audio promoted Bradford Benn to director of application engineering, a roll in which he will be responsible for leading application engineering efforts in the United States and internationally.
Before he joined Crown, Benn was a senior design director at Soundelux Showorks, where he worked on the design, building, and installation for audio, video, and control systems for various projects from retail space to multimillion theme parks.
In addition to his responsibilities at Crown, Benn serves as co-instructor for the Syn-Aud-Con Digital training seminars, which utilizes his background in both IT and audio. He is also an AES Member, chairing a live sound panel at this year's AES convention, and vice president of the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America Foundation.
"Brad's wide range of experience in Crown, along with his background in sound engineering, make him the ideal person for this position," said Mark Graham, president of Crown Audio. "We look forward to seeing him work closely with our customers and distributors, helping advance their knowledge about the best system design practices and principles."
