Crestron has named Shayna Bramley as its national lighting education manager. Bramley is now responsible for Crestron Lighting Solutions training, which is free to qualified lighting specifiers, lighting designers, and electrical engineers. She'll also handle the company's AIA Provider and other programs that offer continuing education credits.

Having served as a certified continuing education provider for organizations such as the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Bramley is a LEED AP and holds a dual master's degree in architectural engineering and an MBA.

Most recently, Bramley served as the educator and marketing manager for SESCO Lighting, specializing in electrical, lighting, and sustainable energy systems. She's been an electrical and lighting engineer, building energy auditor, LEED consultant, lighting sales representative, and lighting and electrical designer and project manager.

"In the last two years alone, I taught lighting, energy codes, and control courses to over 8,000 specifiers in the U.S.," Bramley said in a statement. "I'm excited to join Crestron and grow our education programs as part of our commitment to lead and support the commercial lighting control industry."

"Lighting controls are an essential part of our complete building management solutions, and Crestron Green Light is one of our fastest growing product lines," said Mike Malone, Crestron senior director of lighting controls, in a statement. "Bringing Shayna on board demonstrates our commitment to this business and the commercial lighting community."
