Lynx Technik Names US Vice President, Business Development

Germany-based Lynx Technik, a provider of signal processing solutions for the broadcast and pro AV industries, appointed Jay Jayaraman as its vice president of business development for the United States.

Germany-based Lynx Technik, a provider of signal processing solutions for the broadcast and pro AV industries, appointed Jay Jayaraman as its vice president of business development for the United States. In this newly created position, Jayaraman will be expected to manage sales, market development, and channel management for the region, according to the company.

Jayaraman has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, beginning his career in broadcasting at Bosch GmBH/Philips Digital Broadcasting Division. During his time there, he held several key leadership positions, including vice president of strategic business development U.S. and Southeast Asia, engineering management, marketing and sales management, and product management.

Additionally, Jayaraman has been involved in several major broadcast and production projects around the world, including the World Festival of Black Arts in Lagos, Nigeria; the World Cup in Argentina; various projects with Mexico's Televisa; and several projects for the production and transmission of the Olympic Games, says the company.
