D.A.S. Audio is launching a new high-powered subwoofer, the LX-218.

The twin 18-inch subwoofer system incorporates the company’s 18LX long excursion cone transducer, offering increased power handling, reduced distortion, and power compression, the company says. The horizontal cabinet enclosure is 18-mm plywood finished with Iso-Flex black paint. Cabinets purchased for ground stack can be upgraded to arrayable versions with optional rigging hardware.
