Powersoft’s newest addition to its Digam K series of power amplifiers is the ultra-compact K3, measuring at 1RU and 14 inches deep. The 17.6-poundamplifier produces 2,800 watts per channel at 2 ohms and features Power FactorCorrection for low power consumption. A front-panel LCD matrix interactive display provides access to information such as load impedance and voltagemeasurements for each channel. Built-in remote control (RS485 interface) allowsfull diagnostic, operational setting, and system monitoring. Other specifications include a bandwidth of 5 Hz to 20 kHz +/- 0.2 dB, a signal-to-noise ratio of > 112 dB, and a +25 dBu absolute maximum input level.
