Universal projector mounts

The RPA Elite universal projector mounts from Chief Manufacturing incorporate the company's MicroZone adjustment technology, which enables users to adjust roll, pitch, and yaw with a No. 2 screwdriver. The mounts also feature the company's Q-Lock integrated security system, which consists of a locking lever and three key choices. Audio cables

Designed to transmit audio signals in indoor, outdoor, and buried applications, the HomeChoice Speaker cables from Belden use oxygen-free, copper conductors and a polyolefin dielectric. The cables are available in 12, 14, and 16 AWG models, and are CMR-, CL3R-, CMG-, and FT4-rated for in-wall and outdoor use. Ceiling tile loudspeaker

The Sound Advance ST2432D SpeakerTile 24x24-inch ceiling tile loudspeaker is designed for installation into any 2-foot square, 9/16- or 15/16-inch T-bar ceiling systems. The unit features an 8-ohm bypass, as well as a 70/100 V signal transformer with primary taps for 0.5 W, 1 W, 2 W, 4 W, 8 W, 16 W, and 32 W operation. The loudspeaker's 12 dB/octave 1.2 kHz crossover circuit integrates low- and high-frequency sections, which offer self-resetting overload protection, according to the company. Price: $399. Architectural loudspeakers

The Contractor Series of architectural loudspeakers from Klipsch are targeted at custom installation applications. The CSC-80 in-ceiling speaker includes an 8-inch polymer cone woofer and a coaxially mounted 1-inch polymer dome tweeter. The CSC-60 (pictured here) in-ceiling model, which uses the same materials and technology as the CSC-80, features a 6.5-inch woofer. The CSC-60DT summed-mono in-ceiling model offers a 6.5-inch polymer cone woofer, dual voice coils that sum low frequencies from a stereo input to mono, and a coaxially mounted dual-tweeter array to handle high frequencies. The CSW-60 in-wall model offers a 6.5-inch polymer cone woofer and a 1-inch polymer dome tweeter. Price: $125 (CSC-80); $110 (CSC-60); $150 (CSC-60DT); $125 (CSW-60). DLP projector

Designed for auditoriums, lecture halls, and large conference rooms, Toshiba's TDP-TW350U DLP projector features 3,500 ANSI lumens of brightness, a 2,000:1 contrast ratio, and XGA (1024x768) resolution. It includes integrated IEEE-802.11g wireless functionality, auto focus, and an ultra-wide 1.5X motorized zoom that automatically adjusts the display when the projector is moved, according to the company. The projector includes the Toshiba's Natural Color Enhancer color correction circuitry, a PC card slot, automatic two-way digital keystone correction, and a blackboard function for wall color adjustment when projecting onto a non-screen surface. Audio amplifiers

Lab.gruppen has introduced two eight-channel and two four-channel C Series installation amplifiers, which are targeted for use in houses of worship, performing arts centers, theme parks, and auditoriums. The C 20:8X (8 x 250 W), C 10:8X (8 x 125 W), C 10:4X (4 x 250 W — pictured here), and C 5:4X (4 x 125 W) amplifiers incorporate Class D topology, and offer 70 V, 4 ohm, 8 ohm, and 16 ohm power ratings. All models feature the company's Power Factor Correction technology, which stabilizes current draw and accepts main voltages from 90 to 265 VAC (50 Hz or 60 Hz), according to the company. AV transmitter/receiver

The TP-RGB-1000 AV transmitter/receiver from MultiDyne transmits RGB/UXGA and stereo audio more than 1,000 feet over UTP Cat5, Cat5e, and Cat6 cables. The device, which supports UXGA resolutions up to 1600x1200, features automatic equalization and anti-skew for use with data-grade twisted pair cables. The TP-RGB-1000 supports computer video graphics on a female 15-pin HD connector and transmits the signals via a shielded female RJ45 connector. It accepts PC audio through a 3.5 mm stereo input. Distribution amplifier

Designed for home theater and retail applications, Kramer Electronics' VM-100CA distribution amplifier enables users to send one set of input signals to up to 10 destinations. The amplifier accepts one component video signal, one unbalanced analog audio signal, and one stereo S/PDIF digital audio signal. It's HDTV compatible with 450 MHz bandwidth. The device has audio level gain controls, video level (gain), and EQ (peaking) video controls, as well as selectable input signal termination for component video and S/PDIF audio. Live sound mixers

The Onyx 4-Bus Series of Live Sound mixers from Mackie incorporate a balanced signal chain and four-band EQ circuitry. Both models have a 5 ms response time, a 170-degree horizontal viewing angle, and analog and DVI interfaces.
