The SuperView 4000-4/4 and SuperView 4000-6/6 multiple image display processors from RGB Spectrum are targeted for use in applications that display multiple images using a single monitor or projector. The SuperView 4000-4/4 simultaneously displays up to four computer signals and four video signals from 16 switched outputs, while the SuperView 4000-6/6 simultaneously displays up to six computer signals and six video signals from 24 switched inputs. Both models support signal sources including high-resolution RGB, DVI, HDTV, 1080i/720p, S-video, component, and composite NTSC/PAL. Targeted for use in integration and touring applications, Sabine's NAV3600-EN, NAV4800-EN, and NAV8800-EN Ethernet-compatible digital system processors function as a matrix mixer, loudspeaker processor, and signal router. The processors feature the company's FBX feedback eliminator and gain management technologies. All models also include 32-bit (40-bit extended) floating-point processors and 24-bit digital converters. LG Electronics' 71-inch MW-71PY10 plasma display has 1920x1080p resolution, a 1,200:1 contrast ratio, and 800 cd/m2 brightness. The display includes HDMI and DVI inputs with HDCP for digital connections, as well as RGB, component, composite, and S-video inputs. The unit offers picture-in-picture, split-zoom, and twin-picture options, which enable users to simultaneously move, resize, swap, and view up to nine windows. The M'elodie curvilinear array powered loudspeaker from Meyer Sound is designed for fixed installations in small-sized theaters, ballrooms, and nightclubs. The loudspeaker provides 100 degrees of horizontal coverage, and produces a maximum peak output level of up to 131 dB SPL. The unit has a 70 Hz to 18 kHz operating frequency range. It includes an onboard, three-channel Class AB/H amplifier, which is rated at 1,200 W total burst output (2,400 W peak). JBL has introduced the VRX915M two-way, 15-inch stage monitor, which is targeted for use in live performance, corporate staging, and sound rental applications. The monitor includes a JBL 2265H Differential Drive woofer, which handles 800 W continuous power, and a 4-inch voice coil compression driver coupled to a 50-degree by 90-degree aluminum horn. Azden's APS 25b is a battery-powered wireless loudspeaker designed for mobile applications. The loudspeaker offers three options for its two wireless microphone receiver module inputs: VHF (30 channels), UHF (63 switchable channels), and Infrared (two modular wireless microphone inputs). It also includes a wired microphone input and a wired line output for audio sources. For power considerations, the unit offers AC power and a rechargeable battery that enables 6 to 8 hours of operation, according to the company. Tannoy's CMS 501DC and CMS 601DC in-ceiling loudspeakers include the company's Inductive Coupling Technology which, according to the company, is a true point source, phase coherent design for improved intelligibility. The 5-inch CMS 501DC (pictured here) is fitted with a 30 W transformer that can be tapped at 30, 15, 7.5, and 3.75 W tapping for 70.7 V line systems.
