  • Electronic Systems Technician Boot Camp (EST)
    Oct. 17-19, Nov. 8-10, Dec. 5-7

    Spend three short days in CEDIA's Training Facility learning the latest industry techniques. Your employees will learn through a combination of short lectures and hands-on workshops from some of the best instructors in the industry. Also, they will be guided through several basic aspects of installation. New hires in the custom residential electronic systems industry will be provided comprehensive training.

  • Electronic Systems Project Management Boot Camp
    Oct. 5-6

    The ESPM Boot Camp targets individuals responsible for managing custom electronics installations, such as project managers, project engineers, and field supervisors. This two-day course will help participants understand the stages of project management, including understanding the scope of work, project planning, project implementation, and project closing. You will learn how to create a project binder, plan a kick-off meeting, develop a detailed daily logbook, break down a project into phases, create a work breakdown structure, and more.

  • Designer Boot Camp
    Oct. 3-4

    In Designer Boot Camp, you'll spend two days examining the challenges of designing your own residential integrated systems and exploring how to design complex systems for convenience and simplicity. During Designer Boot Camp, you will learn how to develop an engineering design philosophy, lay out a system design on floor plans, perform a project needs analysis, and much more.

  • Five-Day Designer School (New)
    Dec. 11-15

    Go beyond the Designer Boot Camp with CEDIA's new five-day Designer School. Spend one full week designing residential systems with industry expert Todd B. Adams. The day features morning and afternoon lectures, with hands-on activities in the computer lab, designing integration systems. Course work includes structured cabling, home theater, music, lighting control, HVAC, and security integration.

  • Business Boot Camp:
    Oct. 19-21

    In just three days, you'll be on your way to developing your own business plan and creating the tools required to keep your business on the right track. Business Boot Camp attendees focus on operations, sales, and marketing, and develop a solid understanding of basic accounting methods required by all residential integration companies. This boot camp is recommended for new business owners or those who are ready to take their company to the next level of success.

  • Intensive Business Planning Workshop
    Nov. 18

    Plan your way to the future by developing a polished business plan to lead your company to financial success. Such a strategy can help you communicate with other professionals and attract the interest of investors. This one-day seminar teaches how to develop a business plan and other skills that can put your business on the right track for the future, such as how to create a financial plan, operational plan, and marketing plan.
