The MK2399i-WP weather-protected, two-way trapezoidal loudspeaker from EAW is designed as a main house speaker for smaller venues and distributed fill for larger environments including stadiums and arenas. The LF driver is a 3in. voice coil, 12in. vented cone. While the HF section is a 1.4in. exit 3in. voice coil compression driver. Working together, they deliver a frequency response of 65Hz to 18kHz, a 90x90-degree coverage angle and 600W power handling capacity. Operation is switchable between full range passive and bi-amped. There is a selection of six different horns with coverage patterns ranging from 60x45 degrees to 120x60 degrees. Optional accessories include a flybar, eye bolts, and U-brackets.
Versatility and toughness are the keys that Electro-Voice designed into the EVID 6.2 dual 6in. two-way, surface-mount loudspeaker. Its elliptical weather-resistant ABS enclosure houses twin 6in. woofers and a 1in. titanium diaphragm HF driver with a neodymium magnetic structure. It is magnetically shielded for video applications and equipped with a Strong-Arm Mount for flexible aiming. Providing a frequency response of 62Hz to 20kHz (-10dB) and continuous power handling capacity of 150W, the system uses spring connection terminals and it is available in black or white.
JBL configured the new AWC-129 all-weather, compact two-way coaxial loudspeaker with a Kevlar-reinforced 12in. LF cone and 3in. voice coil. This is teamed with a fluid-cooled 1in. high-temperature polymer diaphragm to produce a frequency response of 55Hz to 20kHz (-10dB). The IP-56 rated enclosure exhibits a 90x90-degree broadband pattern, and handles 400W average continuous power at 8Ω. The unit includes overload protection and an input transformer with 70V taps at 200W, 100W, 50W, and 25W, along with 100V taps at 200W, 100W, and 50W. The heavily braced enclosure is ABS with Glass. The grille is a corrosion-resistant, zinc-rich, extra-thick, powder-coated steel assembly with foam, featuring woven poly mesh backing.
Engineered for indoor or protected outdoor use by Lowell, the 100W OS100 Series speakers can operate on 8Ω, 25V, 70V or 100V systems. The OS100T has an architecturally curved plastic housing with a weather-resistant terminal cover, fine-mesh grille and U-shaped mounting bracket. Inside, there is a 6.5in. mica-coated woofer with a rubber surround paired with a tweeter featuring a 1in. silk domed driver. Together, these deliver a frequency response of 97Hz to 20kHz (±6dB) and the unit is connected using up to 14 gauge stranded wire on a moveable 4-conductor Phoenix connection.
The AM604 large-format mid/high horn from Martin Audio is designed to provide the punch necessary for intelligibility on long-throw situations in large venues. Capable of operation in either a bi-amped or two-way passive set-up, it provides a 60x90-degree vertical dispersion pattern and exhibits an 8Ω impedance. The enclosure houses a port assisted 10in. horn and a 1.4in. exit HF horn. The mid-range section handles 400W continuous power, while the HF horn provides 150W capacity. For full-range configuration, the crossover is 1.5kHz, but there is an optional passive two-way crossover available. The frequency response of the AM604 is 150Hz to 18kHz ±3dB and -10dB at 120Hz.
Housed in UV-stabilized, long-lasting ABS plastic, the Garden Series (GS) speakers and in-ground subwoofer from Niles Audio can withstand extreme weather, even surviving temperatures of 50 degrees below zero to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The GS4 4in. satellite speaker features a 1in. Teteron tweeter, 4in. mineral-filled polypropylene woofer and dual mounting options (included), stake mounted for in-ground use or wall-mount bracket to attach against any flat surface. With a frequency response of 70Hz to 21kHz +/- 3dB, the GS4 can handle 10W to 110W amplifier power. The GSS10 Garden In-Ground subwoofer can be buried 16in.-18in. underground where it provides a frequency response of 25Hz to 110Hz at 50W to 500W power.
