Infinity Systems' Model Twelve

Infinity has added the Model Twelve subwoofer to its Cascade line of loudspeakers. The thin and narrow Cascade line is designed to complement flat-panel televisions using Infinity’s proprietary Maximum Radiating Surface transducer technology. The matching Model Twelve powered sub features a 10in. woofer, dual 10in. passive radiators, and a built-in 300W amplifier.

The sub packs Infinity’s Room Adaptive Bass Optimization System, which is designed to overcome low-frequency room resonances. The sub comes with a built-in parametric EQ, test CD, and sound-pressure level meter. A line-level output enables connection to multiple subwoofers.

Available in high-gloss black, high-gloss silver, and cherry wood veneers, the Model Twelve has a suggested retail price of $999.
