Multipurpose rooms, divisible conference rooms, and off-site locations represent just a small portion of applications where the portability of a conferencing solution can be just as important as how the system actually sounds. Because in these applications the set up time and strike time become a much larger factor due to the simple fact that these events are now occurring at a much larger rate. Simply put, the end users of conference systems need to be able to perform these set ups on their own, quickly and without error, so that their meeting can take place on time; wherever that may be.
