TBM Consulting Group has selected wireless portable systems from Listen Technologies for use in conducting tours in its LeanSigma Institute. |
National manufacturing consulting firm, TBM Consulting Group, has brought its LeanSigma Institute's in-plant tours into the 21st century with wireless portable systems from Listen Technologies. Doing so has resulted in better client service, including the ability to conduct several tours concurrently with no cross-channel interference.
LeanSigma Event Coordinator Cheryl Groves says, “Our firm needed something clear-sounding, easy to use, and easy to transport.” This is no small task when conducting tours for groups of 50 to 200 in noisy plants. “Listen equipment makes us look good to clients and prospects, and we know the system won’t fail in the middle of a plant tour for 50 senior-level executives,” she adds.
TBM has found Listen’s 57-channel capability to be very useful. “We can run up to 12 different tours at the same time, in the same manufacturing plant, with no loss of sound clarity and no disturbing ambient noise,” Groves says.
Listen Vice President of Sales and Marketing Cory Schaeffer says, “Listen equipment was designed to provide superb clarity for tours, like those of TBM LeanSigma. We are thrilled to provide a solution that is such an excellent fit for them and their customers.”
