The ST3250 Pinnacle Multimedia Lectern from AmpliVox is a full-size floor unit with locking, heavy-duty, tilt-n-turn industrial casters and built-in side handles. The lectern also features an integral shelf, a soft cushion wrest rest/paper stop, and a choice of several finishes. It includes a dashboard with a 19in. dynamic gooseneck microphone, LED light, and a digital clock. The ST3250 also has a four-outlet power strip and a 25ft. balanced audio cable from the microphone for connecting it to an external sound system. The lectern is available without the microphone, light, and timer as the SN3250, and with a wireless sound system and internal amplifier as the SW3250.

Anthro designed the Steve’s Station for Office line of sit/stand desks to keep users comfortable and productive. Adjust the electric lift table from 23in. to 49in. high to work sitting or standing. Dual-surface tables have a greater range on the front surface—17.25in. to 56in. high— to fit the 5th percentile seated female to 95th percentile standing male. Tables lift 375lbs. to support the largest setup. The cable management system protects connections on equipment through the table’s entire range of motion. Available features include twin LED task lights, two desktop USB ports, and three desktop power receptacles. The unit ships assembled, and it’s made in the U.S.

The Aura 520-S workstation from Argosy Console is a large desk with wrap-around wings, each of which can be fitted with an optional 11RU tilted rack and a vented rear access panel. Between these in the lower center area is a space for two accessory drawers. Accessories include a 21in. shelf modification, a dual monitor arm, speaker platforms, and an assortment of blank panels and rack rail screws. The aluminum lifting columns with three-part guidance can lower and raise the workstation desk between 27in. and 42in. heights.

Any rackmounted gear can go mobile with the RX21-30 compact rolling rack from Atlas Sound. Constructed of 11-gauge cold rolled steel, the unit has heavy-duty casters, two of which are locking, and each can support 175lbs. The internal side supports are mounted 19in. apart to allow vertical mounting of units on the inside walls. Wiring access is provided by three-wire isolation holes in the rear base flange. Front and rear doors and rear rack rails are available as options. The sides are equipped with rubber padded steel grip road handles.

For a ready-made videoconferencing solution, Avteq has designed the TeamSpace series of tech furniture with a strongly supported center desk in blonde, cherry, or mahogany veneer and 20RU of ventilated rack space. This area has a bolted rear privacy panel and incorporates an integrated adjustable universal screen mount capable of holding large flatscreen monitors. The unit can be configured to seat three or five participants. The camera mount can be on top of a single monitor or located between dual screens. Options include custom colors, inlaid glass writing surface, along with screen pop-ups and Extron plug-in pop-ups.

Bretford Manufacturing configured the MDMLAP32NR network-ready laptop cart to function as a mobile computer lab with a dedicated 19in. rackmounted network switch, and four compartments that each store eight devices totaling 32 laptops. It has laser-printed ID numbers for each device slot. The unit’s power manager evaluates the need for power among the internal devices and concentrates on those that need it the most. Thermal controlled fans blow through side vents to maintain proper temperature. The cart has full access doors on the front and a choice of a panel or full access doors on the back.
