Multi-profile streaming in up to five separate resolutions, frame rates, and codec selections are among the top features of the OPTZ36XI OnSIP PTZ 36X D1 resolution indoor camera from Speco Technologies. Using a 1/4in. Sony Exview HAD CCD for imaging, the camera produces several resolutions up to full D1 with dual codec H.264/MJPEG compression and has a 36X optical zoom. Running on PoE, the system can be controlled on RS-485 and IP simultaneously. The camera can pan from .5 to 200 degrees per second to any of 165 positions and move along eight programmable patterns with 24 privacy zones. It also features two relay outputs, four alarms, backlight compensation, SD card recording, and a 75Ω composite video output. The Speco client network video recording software is included.

The IK-WP41A outdoor-ready high-speed network PTZ dome camera from Toshiba delivers full 1080p high-resolution video through a 20X optical zoom lens, and it uses an IR cut filter for day/night operation. Employing a range of network protocols, the system offers multiple user password protection; alarm recording through FTP, email, or SD card; auto/manual gain control; motion detection; and automatic white balance. The unit features 128 presets, auto patrol, auto flip, auto restore, and proportional pan/tilt with continuous 360-degree pan. The housing is IP66-rated for environmental security, and the system operates on Power-over-Ethernet (PoE+ 802.3at). The camera can be set with eight privacy mask zones, and it can be fitted with a wide range of mounts to suit the application.

Streaming H.264 video with various resolutions up to 704x480 at 30fps, the TV-IP612P ProView PTZ camera incorporates a 1/4in. CCD sensor and simultaneous H.264/MPEG-4/MJPEG compression. The autofocus 10X zoom lens can be moved to 20 preset positions with automatic white balance and iris control. TRENDnet configured the system with two-way audio transmission using an integral microphone and external speaker terminals. Features include GPIO terminals, a micro SD card slot, power and link/activity LEDs, auto email notification, and up to 20 user accounts. Recording modes include event based (motion detection and digital input trigger), continuous, and scheduled. The camera can be PoE operated or it can use a local 12V 2A external power adapter while consuming 12W maximum. The IPView Pro 2.0 software supports up to 32 cameras.

No need to use a separate capture device. The Vaddio ClearVIEW HD USB camera can be directly connected to a PC using UVC standard drivers for USB 2.0 video. The 1.3 megapixel camera has a 19x optical zoom lens and 1/3-Type Exmor high-speed CMOS image sensor feeding Ethernet streaming (H.264) and Component HD (YPbPr) outputs. Operating in light levels down to 0.7 lux, the system supports either RTSP or HLS streaming protocols and runs on an external 12VDC 3A power supply. The camera has a permanently mounted HD-USB streaming slot card and includes the Vaddio Remote Commander for handheld IR control. The user can set a luminance target, where the iris, shutter and (AGC) gain will work together to maintain the target luminance while reducing overall noise.

The PZ8111/21 PTZ network camera from Vivotek is designed for indoor surveillance applications using a 10X optical zoom and H.264/MPEG-4/MJPEG triple codec. The system operates on 802.3af-compliant PoE producing multiple simultaneous streams and two-way audio with a switchable built-in microphone and external microphone input. The free multilingual 32-channel recording software assists in setup of a complete surveillance system. Other features include automatic white balance and gain control, video flip and mirror, and audio output terminal. The PZ8111W/21W model features an 802.11b/g/n-compatible wireless connection. There is also local recording of MP4 files and automatic event notification using HTTP, SMTP, or FTP. Administration allows multi-user access with password protection, IP address filtering, and HTTPS encrypted data transmission. On the case are system power and status indicators along with a system activity and network link LED.
