Crestron continues developing new products operating on its exclusive InfiNet wireless mesh networking technology, eliminating the need for physical control wiring. Crestron's InfiNet Wireless Mesh Network technology utilizes an embedded 2.4GHz RF wireless network, providing more stable, reliable communications over larger areas without adding additional gateways. The ultimate benefit to this robust new technology is as a simple, cost-effective solution for retrofit and landmark installations.

New for Spring 2007, Crestron is introducing wireless InfiNet pushbutton controllers for convenient automation system control. Instead of opening walls and pulling cable for retrofit installations, InfiNet enables wireless control of various subsystems such as audio, video, lighting, and HVAC.

The new HTT-B10X is a stylish wireless controller featuring 10 engravable backlit buttons with LED feedback. Powered by two AA batteries or external power pack, the HTT-B10X conveniently adds control of lighting, home automation and entertainment in the home or office without the need for control wires. Operating on the InfiNet wireless mesh network topography, the HTT-B10X communicates with the C2N-MNETGW gateway and other InfiNet devices via 2-way RF.

The backlight automatically illuminates when the controller is moved or picked-up from the tabletop. Backlight intensity changes based on ambient lighting conditions in the room. The HTT-B10X is available in black or white.
