Small groups collaborating on projects have a new tool allowing all participants to be connected with the MediaMate WorksZone Interactive Table from Mediatech. Equipped with an electronic tilt and height adjustment, the table can be positioned vertically, horizontally, or anywhere in between to suit the needs of the group. Using the Epson ultra short-throw projector, the unit produces a 60in. interactive image while Epson Pen Technology promotes the interactive process. It also has cable covers and an energy chain enclosure with an IEC power inlet at the base along with locking casters. Finished in silver gloss and brushed stainless steel, the device can be set up in a wide range of configurations.
Unveiled at Infocomm, the L5 series lectern from Middle Atlantic Products features a fully customizable Presenter’s Panel that can be designed with cutouts to incorporate the controls, touchscreens, and other devices necessary for each project’s individual requirements. This makes upgrades very easy, and the lectern’s open frame design features built-in power distribution and provisions for both cable and thermal management. The inner steel rack structure ships separately and the equipment can be installed first. Then the outer surfaces can be attached to complete the installation. On the 33in. and 43in. models there is a side storage drawer and document camera drawer on the other side. All models feature a slide-out keyboard shelf and internal cable management. The unit’s connectivity panel can be customized with HDMI, Cat-6, 3.5mm stereo mini jack, and other connector options.
