For multimedia work environments, Forecast Consoles offers the Imagemaster GC3-MR console with more than 6ft. of countertop space that is available in laminate or linoleum, three 5RU above-countertop equipment bays, and a rear extrusion that allows for mounting LCD arms and loudspeaker wings for substantial customization in setup. Accessories include loudspeaker pedestals, keyboard trays, CPU holders, and telephone mounts.
The Trimo workstation from Hergo is a modular unit that can be configured to provide monitor mounting, drawers, keyboard space, and overhead storage. The unit has adjustable mounting arms for three large flatpanel displays. Beneath the work surface is a leg-mounted CPU cradle, pencil drawer, and file cabinet with casters. Additional computers can be positioned horizontally on the shelf just above the monitors. A horizontally mounted AC power strip minimizes AC cable clutter.
Continuing the HSA tradition in tech desks and introducing new clean, seamless trim lines, the Highrise Extended Rolltop II opens to reveal three horizontally arranged compartments above the flat work surface. Two of these are glide-out rack bays with standard 19in. mounting rails. These are separated by a smaller center compartment with mounting holes for adjustable shelves. The rear of the work surface includes three cable ports for equipment in the lower 10RU rack. The work surface with its upper rack bays and the lower rack space are each secured by a rolling tambour with handles.
