Symetrix, one of the leading providers of signal processing technology for the installed sound market, launches a new product platform at InfoComm 06. Dubbed the Integrator series, this new group of products is designed to cost, and it offers extremely high value, application-driven tools for integrators. Processing for the Integrator series is taken directly from the proven technology embodied in the SymNet digital audio processing toolbox.

The first product in the new Integrator series is the 760 audio media mixer, designed specifically to save the integrator both time and money. The 760 includes the optimal feature set and I/O count needed for restaurants, hotels, sports bars, and clubs at a groundbreaking price. Featuring twelve inputs (four microphone, eight stereo line level) and six outputs, it contains microphone pre-amplification, compression, AGC, matrix mixing, paging, feedback elimination, filters, and equalization, within a single rack space. Setup is easy and efficient with a straightforward Windows interface connected over Ethernet. The 760 is also compatible with Symetrix RS485-based adaptive remote control (ARC) wall panels for user control.

"The Integrator series will open up a whole new world for not only Symetrix, but also for the integrators and customers alike,” says Dan Gallagher, executive vice president of Symetrix global sales and marketing. “Our new product platform combines state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, premium sound quality, and key components of the market leading SymNet—Network Audio software platform to deliver a superior product offering.
