PROFIT FROM EXPERIENCE: MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE 2007
Bring in the New Year right; place your company among the best-performing businesses in the residential electronic systems industry. The CEDIA Management Conference is just around the corner and is specifically designed for CEOs and senior-level managers in the custom electronics industry.
New for 2007 will be a strategic management forum and panel discussion titled “Profit vs. Product, Where do you make the most profit and how to sustain it?” A group of industry leaders from the vendor, consultant, distributor, and contractor communities will discuss how electronic systems contractors have many choices for products that are cool, but may not be good for business because of associated costs, such as staff training, challenges of integrating the product with other products, manufacturer policies, back orders, and product changes.
The conference will also have other strategic management forums, two-hour breakout sessions combining standup instruction and small work groups in which you will develop materials with your peers that can be taken back and implemented in your business. Forum topics include: “Diversify Your Portfolio and Expand Your Market,” “Future Strategic Business Planning,” “Growing Your Working Capital,” and “Marketing and Branding.”
CEDIA Certified Instructors (CCIs), volunteers who have been identified as experts in some aspect of the residential electronic systems field, will moderate these forums to ensure that every leader present receives the highest-quality education. These instructors will maximize the effectiveness in these sessions and enhance subject retention in the classroom.
