Kramer’s new Tbus-1 is an outstanding furniture-mounted cable management solution. It is very high quality, aesthetic pleasing, and offers interchangeable connector modules to provide exactly the signal support required in any given professional AV system.
The versatile system allows connection of any equipment to a room’s presentation system via cable access or passive interfaces.
It provides elegant rugged design. Its sturdy and attractive steel enclosure serves as a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution designed to provide maximum connectivity in the smallest possible footprint.
The unit is easy to install. All that is required are the tools and expertise to cut a 5”x7” rectangular hole in the surface of the furniture. Maximum table thickness is 1 5/8in. Once the system has been installed, only the black-textured lid is visible, with a special opening for cables to exit neatly. When not in use the lid closes to hide and protect cables and connectors.
The Tbus-1 also offers versatile connectivity, including an AC socket and six slots for Kramer connector insert modules. Two of the slots come already populated with cable pass-through inserts and blank plates are installed in the remaining four slots in case some need to remain unpopulated.
