The DL4000 from Artel Video Systems is a new-generation universal video transport that combines the space efficiency of a compact chassis with the flexibility of a multimodule system. The small, rugged modular chassis features four hot-swappable function cards and dual hot-swappable power supplies in a single rack unit.
The unique design features a dependable passive backplane with a high-speed interconnect between function modules, up to 72GBps. No external connections are needed.
The rugged one-piece function cards are easy to install and configure, and they feature front-panel controls and monitoring. The video transport system also features dual cooling fans, SNMP management, and NEBS Level 3 certification.
